1. Service Scope & Agreement
By engaging Termite Control Littleton for termite inspection, liquid soil treatment, bait station installation, or structural carpentry repair, you agree to these Terms of Service. All pesticide applications are performed strictly in accordance with product labeling and Colorado Department of Agriculture Category 301 structural pest regulations.
2. Inspection Limitations
Our visual and thermal imaging inspections encompass all readily accessible areas of the subject property, including foundations, crawl spaces, unfinished basements, and exterior grade interfaces. In accordance with National Pest Management Association guidelines, our inspection does not cover areas obstructed by permanent walls, fixed drywall, ceiling insulation, carpeting, or stored personal items unless invasive wall opening is specifically requested and authorized by the property owner.
3. The 1-Year Retreatment Guarantee
We stand behind the efficacy of our structural treatments:
- Full Liquid Barrier Treatments: Every full perimeter Termidor® SC treatment includes an unconditional twelve (12) month retreatment warranty. If active subterranean termite tunneling or live worker activity is verified in treated zones during this period, we will re-treat the affected area at zero labor or chemical charge.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover infestations resulting from structural additions constructed after treatment, disturbance of treated soil trenches by third-party contractors, or plumbing leaks causing continuous water ponding against foundation walls.
- Annual Renewal: Homeowners may renew their warranty coverage annually through our Annual Protection Plan, which includes a comprehensive physical re-inspection.
4. Property Owner Responsibilities
To ensure maximum treatment effectiveness and maintain warranty validity, the property owner agrees to:
- Provide unobstructed access along exterior foundation perimeter walls and interior utility access points.
- Avoid adding garden mulch, topsoil, or decorative stone that exceeds the treated trench line or contacts structural siding.
- Maintain adequate positive exterior drainage away from foundation walls to prevent soil erosion.
